Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EventSnap, operated by SC Eurocont SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at Str. Aleea Tarnavei nr.1 bl.22 ap.61, Satu Mare, 440207, Satu Mare, Romania. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EventSnap website at www.eventsnap.it and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using EventSnap, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at contact@eventsnap.it if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Description of Service

EventSnap provides a platform that allows event organisers to create shared photo albums for weddings and other events. Guests can upload photos to these albums, and organisers can manage, view, and download the collected photos.

5. User Content

“User Content” means any photos, text, or other materials you upload, submit, or share through the Service.

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • Licence: By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.

7. Pricing and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@eventsnap.it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SC Eurocont SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@eventsnap.it (see our Data Deletion page for details).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SC Eurocont SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SC Eurocont SRL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Satu Mare, Romania.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
